What is the purpose of the electronic ticket system?
The Electronic Ticket System is implemented in accordance with Law No: 6222 on Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, which aims to reduce acts of violence in sports, to allow people to watch sports competitions in tribunes that are free from profanity and violence, to prevent persons without tickets from entering the competitions, to encourage more women and children to come to the stadiums, to identify persons resorting to violence and offensive language and ban them from future competitions and to prevent sale of tickets in the black market.
What is an Electronic Ticket?
Electronic Ticket is a right of admission to games, assigned to the Passolig Card and replacing paper tickets.
What is Passolig Card?
It is a card that allows supporters of a team to enter stadiums securely and rapidly without waiting in lines, provides sports clubs with an opportunity to track their supporters and to build new revenue sources. It also allows you to shop anywhere you like thanks to its extensive network of member businesses, enriches tour life with customized campaigns and makes your life easier through exclusive additional services.
Can my child enter the games using my Passolig Card?
All spectators are obligated to have their own Passolig Cards to enter the games. Young fans over 7 years of age can fill out the application form on our website using their own identity number to receive their Passolig Wallet Prepaid Card.
Why should I become a member of PASSO?
You need to become a member of PASSO in order to purchase tickets for the Spor Toto Super League and PTT 1st League competitions.
What other services will the Passolig card offer me besides access to matches?

When I try to enter the stadium, the turnstile or the hand terminal does not read my Passolig Card. What can I do for that?
In cases when there is a problem reading your Passolig Card at the first checkpoint or as you pass the turnstile, the officer at the turnstile should first check and verify that your card cannot be read due to a technical problem before you can enter the stadium with a Passolig Single Entry Pass Card free of charge. However, you need to call the Passolig Contact Center and have your card renewed in order to prevent any potential problems in the upcoming matches.
Do I have to pay for Passolig Card?
You will be charged an annual E-Ticket use fee for the Passolig cards issued in line with the E-ticket system adopted as per the provisions of Law no. 6222 on Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, which was published in the Official Gazette, and took effect on April 14, 2011. The annual E-Ticket use fee has four different payment categories, including 16,79 TL, 17 TL, 22 TL, 30 TL ve 33 TL depending on the football club. The annual E-Ticket use fee is charged once per year, and the E-Ticket can be extended every year.

What is ticket configuration?
This is the process of configuring your Passolig Card with the tickets/combined tickets you wish to purchase. The system will use your Turkish Citizenship ID Number or passport number to query whether you have a Passolig card, whether you have purchased any other tickets or combined tickets for the same game and whether or not you are in the list of persons prohibited by law from entering stadiums. Ticket configuration must be implemented for completion of these transactions.
How do I get my match tickets?
Information regarding the ticket you purchased will be sent to you by SMS and by e-mail.
You can also get your match tickets on the day of the match from ticket offices at the stadiums 0(850) 724 3344 Passolig Call Center and from thousands of N Kolay teller machines.
I completed my purchase transaction, where do I get my ticket?
Once you purchase your ticket, you do not need to pick it up from anywhere. The ticket you purchased will be automatically configured to your Passolig Card and you can enter the stadium easily with your Passolig Card on the day of the match.
How can I reach my tribune block / row / seat info?
For reaching your ticket details;

I have applied for a Passolig Card but have not received my card yet. Can I still purchase tickets?
You are required only to complete your Passolig Card application in order to purchase game tickets. You can log in to our website to add sufficient credit to your card and purchase your tickets. Click here to add credit to your card.
I'm disabled. Can I go to the matches for free?
Disabled citizens should notice at least 2-3 days prior to the match day to the club. Their free tickets can be defined to their Passolig Cards, if the club has disabled quota. Disabled Identification Card of the Prime Ministry is mandatory during the defining.
Can I enter the games on the day of my Passolig Card application?
Of course. The tickets purchased using the Republic of Turkey identity number of passport number associated with the application will be registered to your account. On the game day, you can obtain a Pass Card from the stadium’s ticket booth by submitting an identification that bears your identity or passport number, and take your place at the stadium at no additional cost.
I have not received my Passolig Card yet. Can I enter the stadium?
If you have at least one Passolig Card application concluded, but you have not taken delivery of your card yet, you can get a Passolig Single Entry Pass Card free of charge from the ticket office at the stadium.
Where can I purchase tickets on the game day?
I forgot to take my Passolig Card when I left for the stadium. Can I still enter the stadium?
You may be too excited for the match to take your Passolig Card with you but this cannot prevent you from entering the stadium. You can enter the stadium with the Single Entry Pass Card, which you can buy from the ticket office at the stadium for TRY 15.
What is a One-Time Pass Card?
One-Time Pass Cards are temporary replacements for your Passolig Card, used when your Passolig Card is not yet delivered, or not on your person. You must have completed your Passolig Card application process in order to obtain a One-Time Pass Card. Persons who have not applied for or have a Passolig Card cannot obtain One-Time Pass Cards.
Can I use a One-Time Pass Card to enter multiple games?
You are required to obtain a new One-Time Pass Card for each game. After the game, your One-Time Pass Card will become invalid.
Can my One-Time Pass Card be used by someone else?
Your card will be registered on your name, and thus cannot be used by others.
Where can I purchase a match ticket?

I have bought a ticket on passo.com.tr / at an N Kolay member merchant, and I have my Passolig Card with me. Do I need to do anything else at the stadium?
You have completed all the procedures, and you may take your place at the stadium.
Can I purchase more than one ticket?
As per Law No. 6222 on Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, you may only configure one ticket for a Passolig Card. However you may purchase tickets for people for whom you wish to purchase tickets and configure their Turkish Citizenship ID Numbers or passport numbers to their respective Passolig Cards. In cases where more than one ticket is purchased, each ticket must be matched to a separate Turkish Citizenship ID Number or passport number.
I go to matches with my family. Can I use a single Passolig Card to take my entire family?
Each person entering the match must have a separate Passolig Card and a ticket configured to that card. However, children under the age limit set by the host sports club are not required to have tickets.
May I watch different football clubs’ matches other than those of the one written on my Passolig Card?
Yes, you may watch all matches in Spor Toto Super League and PTT First League with your Passolig Card. However, the clubs other than the one written on your card may prioritize the cards with their own logo while selling tickets. If there are enough tickets for sale, tickets will be publicly sold to the cards with logos of other teams starting on a date to be set by the club.
How much is the E-Ticket annual utilization fee?
A certain amount of E-ticket Annual Utilization Fee is charged on your Passolig Card in accordance with the law dated 10.04.2011 and numbered 6222, Criminal Law to Regulate Sports Violence. E-ticket Annual Utilization Fee is charged once a year and the validity period is one year. In order to purchase tickets for Süper Lig and PTT 1st League and watch these games in stadiums, you need to renew your membership every year.
How much does it take to extend the annual E-Ticket use?

What happens if I do not extend my E-Ticket validity period?
You can continue shopping with your Passolig Card. However, in the event that you fail to make the payment, you may not purchase individual or combined tickets for Süper Lig or PTT 1st League games, have these games' tickets transferred to your Passolig Card or enter stadiums to watch these games.
How can I extend the validity of my E-Ticket?

You can enter www.passolig.com.tr and click Extend E-Ticket Validity Period button. Then you can enter your TC identity number and mobile phone number. After that you can click Extend Someone Else’s Passolig E-Ticket Validity Period button and extend Passolig E-Ticket Validity Period.
I have multiple Passolig Cards. For which Passolig Card should I extend the E-Ticket validity period?
E-Ticket validity period becomes effective as of the date when you purchase your Passolig Card; therefore, the E-Ticket validity periods of several cards might be different. Click here to obtain information about the E-Ticket validity periods of your Passolig Cards.
If the E-Ticket validity period of your multiple Passolig Cards expire simultaneously and you extend this period for only one of them, you can purchase game tickets and enter stadiums with this card. You cannot purchase game tickets or enter stadiums with expired Passolig Cards.

I cannot make a payment with my Passolig Card. Why?
The balance on your Passolig Card may be insufficient or if your Passolig Card is also a credit card, it may be closed to internet purchases (mail order).

How can I load money at Akbank ATM teller machines?
Go to the nearest Akbank ATM and press the “Giriş” (ENTER) key. On the cardless transactions menu, select Aktif Bank Payments. Pass the reminder message on the next screen by pressing the Devam (CONTINUE) key. Enter the Aktif Bank account number to which you wish to deposit money, your Turkish Citizenship ID Number and the amount you wish to deposit. Confirm the information and deposit the amount by using the money intake unit on the ATM.
How can I add credits via Vakıfbank ATMs?
Go to the nearest Vakıfbank ATM and press “Enter”. On the “cardless transactions” menu, press “Aktif Bank & Passolig Transactions” button. Enter your Aktif Bank account number, TR Identity number and the amount you would like to deposit, respectively. Confirm the details and deposit the amount by using the deposit slot.
I completed a transaction on the internet but have not received my reference number. Could I purchase my ticket?
When your ticket purchase is completed, your reference number will be sent to you by e-mail and SMS.

I received an error message during my purchase transaction. Did my transaction fail?
If you get a system error during your purchase, you can go to the “My Tickets” screen to see if your purchase has been completed or not. If you cannot see the tickets that you purchased, you can contact our call center at 0850 724 33 44.
Can I change the category of my tickets?
If you wish to change the category in tickets you have already purchased, you must cancel your existing tickets and purchase new tickets from the new category.
I purchased tickets but I will not be able to go. Can I cancel the tickets?
You can cancel the tickets by calling our Call Center (0850 724 33 44) or by visiting Ticket Sales Offices up to 24 hours before the beginning of the event. Amounts corresponding to the cancelled tickets will be refunded within 5 (five) business days to your Passolig Card.
I have lost my Passolig Card/My Passolig Card is stolen. Can I enter the stadium?
If you had your card canceled since it is lost/stolen and you have not taken delivery of your new card yet, you can get a Passolig Single Entry Pass Card free of charge from the ticket office at the stadium.
I purchased tickets but I will not be able to go. Can I change the owner of the ticket?
You can visit passo.com.tr to transfer your ticket to another Passolig Card owner.
Having bought the ticket, I realized that I will not be able to join the event. Is it possible for me to give the ticket to someone else?
You may transfer the ticket to another Passolig Card holder. For a successful transfer, transferees must hold a valid Passolig Card with the same or allowed card type and they should not have a ticket for the match to be transferred.
How do I transfer my ticket to another person?
I forgot the seating information for the tickets I purchased. How do I look them up?
Attendants in stadiums can provide you with an information slip, free of charge, that includes your block, row, seat and turnstile information. Furthermore, your block, row and seat information will be sent to the e-mail address and cell phone number you provided during your purchase.
The match for which I purchased a ticket was cancelled or postponed. What should I do?
Competent authorities will determine the course of action to be followed if a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason. You can get more information at www.passo.com.tr or from our Call Center (0850 724 33 44).
Can I give my Passolig Card to someone else and have them go to the match?
Your Passolig Card bears your name, surname, Turkish Citizenship ID Number and photograph, and is exclusively for your own use. The use of this card by someone else is strictly prohibited.

How do I transfer a match configured on my combined ticket to a friend?

Is it possible for someone else to transfer a one-time/seasonal ticket to a person who has already made a transfer?
A Passolig Card holder may transfer a one-time/seasonal ticket to another holder who has already made a transfer.
Is the seasonal ticket holder who made a transfer allowed to buy a ticket after the transfer?
The seasonal ticket holder may buy a new ticket for themselves after the transfer.
How can I perform a transfer for a whole season?
Seasonal transfers are not allowed for seasonal tickets.
Is it possible for someone else to go to a match with my seasonal ticket?
You may transfer your seasonal ticket to any Passolig Card holder for any match/matches via passo.com.tr.

In accordance with Law No: 6222 on Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, tickets may not be configured to Passolig Cards belonging to persons who have been banned by the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Interior Affairs, General Directorate of Security, for as long as the ban remains in effect. Persons who are on the black list may not use their PASSOLIG Cards to enter soccer matches with their combined tickets.
I would like to know about disqualification from watching the games. Which authority is eligible for assistance?
For detailed information on disqualification from watching the games, please consult the Sports Security Branch Office, if available, of your Police Directorate/ Provincial Directorate of Security, or the Sports Departments under the Riot Police Branch Office. These authorities will inform you on whether you are disqualified from watching games, whether your ban is lifted or on how it can be lifted. As regards lifting a ban, Turkish Football Federation and Passolig are entitled to only enforce the law and are therefore ineligible to take any action.
Can I make ticket reservations?
Reservations cannot be made for ticket purchase transactions.

What does the service fee include?

Who determines the ticket prices?
Ticket prices are determined by the host sports club.
Is there a discount for persons above the age of 65?
There is no discount in ticket prices based on age and status.
