Subscription operations
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Register" on right top corner.
2. It is required for you to have a Passolig Card in order to become a member.
3. If you aren’t a Passolig Card holder, click on the button “If you don't have a Passolig Card, in order apply, and apply for a card from the www.passo.com.tr address.
4. If you are a Passolig Card holder, on the “Register” page complete the information of personal ID number and Cellular Phone number –that you had provided during your Passolig Card application-. 
5. If you aren‘t a citizen of Republic of Turkey, click on the button of “not a citizen of Republic of Turkey” under the Cellular Phone number. You need to complete the Country, Cellular Phone Number and Passport Number information.
6. Enter the verification code that is sent to your cellular phone by SMS, and click on the “Send” button.
7. In case you encounter problems regarding SMS, call the customer services on 0850 724 33 44.
8. Enter your e-mail address, Cellular Phone Number –that you have used during Passolig Card application- and the password that you want to use for Log In. Your password is required to consist of 8 digits and of numbers and characters. Mark the button “I read and accept the Conditions of Use and Membership Contract”, and click on the button “Register”. You can access the Conditions of Use and Membership Contract from here.
9. Your subscription operation is completed. Click on the “Log In” link on top right corner for logging in.

Steps of Logging In
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. If you forgot your password, clink on the link “Forgot My Password". On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and press on the “Send” button. Your password will be informed to you by e-mail.

Steps of Loading Money on Passolig Card
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. You can purchase your match ticket by making payment with your Passolig Card.
5. If you’re a Passolig Credit Card holder, your limit is required to be sufficient, and if you’re a Passolig Debit Card or Passolig PrePaid Card holder, your balance is required to be sufficient.
6. In case of lack of sufficient balance in your card, you can easily load money on your card from thousands of N Kolay workplaces, ATMs of Vakifbank and Akbank, all PTT branches and PTTmatiks within Turkey.
7. In order to load money on your Passolig Card from other debit cards, clink on the link “Load Money on Passolig Card” under the "But Ticket" tab.
8. You can use the amount transferred to your Passolig Card from other cards only for your shopping and for purchasing match tickets. As a rule, the money loading operations made to Passolig Card from other debit cards are final. The money loading operations made can not be cancelled, and the amount can not be refunded.
9. You can load money to someone else’s Passolig Card.
10. Enter your personal ID number.
11. If you aren‘t a citizen of Republic of Turkey, click on the button of “not a citizen of Republic of Turkey” on the right hand side. Complete the Country, Passport Number information.
12. If you have more than one Passolig Cards, select the card that you want to load money.
13. Enter the bank or credit card information that you will be using for loading money. You can use the amount transferred to your Passolig Card from other cards only for your shopping and for purchasing match tickets.
14. Enter the name -on the debit card or credit card that you will be using for loading money on your Passolig Card-, number of the card, expiry date, security code (3 digit number on the back side of your card) and the amount to be deposited, and press on the “Load Money” button.
15. After pressing on the “Load Money” button, you will be directed to the secure site of your bank. When you enter the security code sent to the debit card or credit card holder’s cellular phone number, your money loading operation will be completed.

Steps of Purchasing Ticket
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. After logging in, if the balance of Passolig Card is sufficient or if loading of balance is realized, click on the “Buy Ticket with Passolig Card” link under the “Buy Ticket” tab.
5. On the opened page, make filtering by selecting the league in order to find the match that you want to attend.
6. In the opened search results page, select your match, and click on the “Buy” button in order to purchase the ticket.
7. In the opened “Buy” page, stadium where the match will take place, date of match, time of match, ticket categories, ticket prices and seating plan of the stadium are being displayed.
8. Open the Seat Selection page by clicking on the "Buy" button on the bottom left corner.
9. In the opened Seat Selection page, select Tribune/Category, Number of Tickets and Block. After making your selection, check the information. If you’re sure of the accuracy of information, make seat selection and click on the “Buy the Selected Seats” button, or click on the “Buy the best available seat” button without making a seat selection.
10. There is ticket purchase limit on the basis of match and depending on the rules determined by the team.
11. If you want to change your selection for Tribune/Category, Number of Tickets and Block, return to the previous step by using the “Back” key from the browser that you use, or delete all the selected seats by the Delete key, and enable the “add seat” function to become active again.
12. You need to finalize your operation within the provided 10 minutes period.
13. On the opened page, the personal ID number of the individual(s) who will be purchasing ticket should be entered. Enter the personal ID number in the space under the Ticket Identification, and click on the “Identify” button on the bottom right corner.
14. If you aren‘t a citizen of Republic of Turkey, click on the button of “not a citizen of Republic of Turkey” under the personal ID number. Complete the Country and Passport Number information.
15. After identification of personal ID number / Passport Number, if it is required to add seat, seat can be added for another Passolig Card holder by pressing on the “Add Seat” button.
16. It is required to perform ticket identification for each personal ID number / Passport Number.
17. Identification operation will not be realized in case the individual -whose personal ID number / Passport Number is entered- doesn’t have a Passolig Card application whose payment is completed, has previously purchased ticket for the same match or combined tickets, or is among the prohibited individuals.
18. After ticket identification operations, pass to the payment screen by pressing the "Continue" button.
19. On the payment page, the information on Home Team and Opposing Team, Date and Time of Event, Ticket Category, Block, Raw, Seat, Service Fee and Amount is displayed. Check your total payment amount. If you’re sure of the accuracy of information, read the Pre-Briefing and Ticket Sales Contract, and mark the box “I read and accept the Pre-Briefing and Ticket Sales Contract”. Complete your operation by clicking on the “Continue” button. After providing these approvals, a separate page will pop-up on the page*. Close the page by clicking on the OK button.
*By marking this check box, I accept, state and commit in written form that I had reviewed in advance and I’m aware of
a) the basic qualifications of the ticket that is the subject of the contract and that I want to purchase,
b) the total ticket price / service fee including all taxes, and all additional expenses –if exist-,
c) that I don’t have right of withdrawal based on article 15/g. of Distance Contracts Regulation,
d) that I’m clearly and apprehensibly informed regarding that I will enter into the obligation of making payment by approving the ticket purchase order,
e) that I’m acquainted with these preliminary information, and all the provisions regulated in the Pre-Briefing and Ticket Sales Contract.
20. In order to make payment, your personal ID number and cellular phone number –recorded on the Passolig system- is requested.
21. If you aren‘t a citizen of Republic of Turkey, click on the button of “not a citizen of Republic of Turkey” near the personal ID number. Complete the country, passport number and cellular phone number information which are recorded on the Passolig system.
22. If you’ve gave up buying the ticket(s), you can return to the “But Ticket” page for making a new search, or you can return to the main page by clicking on the "PASSO" logo.
23. There is no obligation to perform ticket selection by the Passolig Card by which the payment will be made. Payment can be made by anyone’s Passolig Card.
24. For approval of payment, enter the verification code sent to your cellular phone by SMS.
25. In case you encounter problems regarding SMS, call the customer services on 0850 724 33 44.
26. If you have more than one Passolig Cards, select the Passolig Card that you want to make the payment with. If you have a single card, it will be displayed as automatically selected.
27. Depending on the type of card, the limit/balance of the card will be displayed on the screen.
28. In case of insufficient balance in the Passolig Card by which the payment will be made, operation can be made on the balance loading page by clicking on the “Balance Loading” link.
29. By clicking on the “Make Payment” button below the operation, complete your ticket purchase operation.
30. The reference number of your ticket will be displayed on the screen.
31. You can access the details of the operation performed from the “My Tickets” tab under the “Name-Surname” tab on the top right corner.
32. Moreover, notification will be sent to your cellular phone and e-mail address regarding the purchased tickets.

Steps of Ticket Transfer
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. After Logging In, click on the “My Tickets” link under the “Name-Surname” tab on the top right corner.
5. Select a team in order to display the ticket defined to your Passolig Card.
6. You can transfer your defined ticket to another Passolig Card holder.
7. For the transfer operation to be successful, the individual -to whom the transfer will be made- is required to have a valid Passolig Card, to have the same or permitted card type, and not to have the ticket of the match which is subject to transfer.
8. In the “personal ID no” box next to the match that you want to transfer, enter the personal ID number / Passport Number of the Passolig Card holder to whom you want to transfer your match ticket, and press on the “Transfer” button.
9. Under the heading of “Ticket Transfer”, if you are seeing the personal ID number of the individual to whom the transfer is made, then the transfer operation to that individual is completed.

Steps of Purchasing Combined Tickets
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. Click on the “Seasonal Tickets” on the home page for team whose combined tickets are subject of your purchase.
5. It is required for you to have the Passolig Card bearing the logo of the team whose combined tickets are subject of your purchase.
6. If you want to purchase the combined tickets of another team; select the team over
www.passolig.com.tr
, and you can realize the purchase by making an application for a new card.
7. After finding your term, click on the “Buy” link.
8. On the opened “Buy” page, category, ticket prices and seating plans of the stadium are being displayed.
9. Open the Seat Selection page by clicking on the "Buy" button on the bottom left corner.
10. In the opened Seat Selection page, select Tribune/Category, Number of Tickets and Block. After making your selection, check the information. If you’re sure of the accuracy of information, make seat selection and click on the “Buy the Selected Seats” button, or click on the “Buy the best available seat” button without making a seat selection.
11. If you want to change your selections for category, number of tickets and block, you can repeat the previous step by using the “Back” key of your browser.
12. You need to finalize your operation within the provided 10 minutes period.
13. On the opened page, the personal ID number of the individual who will be purchasing combined tickets should be entered. Enter the personal ID number in the space under the Ticket Identification, and click on the “Identify” button on the bottom right corner.
14. If you aren‘t a citizen of Republic of Turkey, click on the button of “not a citizen of Republic of Turkey” under the personal ID number. Complete the Country and Passport Number information.
15. Identification operation will not be realized in case the individual -whose personal ID number / Passport Number is entered- doesn’t have a Passolig Card application whose payment is completed, has previously purchased combined tickets, or is among the prohibited individuals.
16. After combined ticket identification operations, pass to the payment screen by pressing the "Continue" button.
17. You can realize your combined tickets by Passolig Card and by the credit cards / debit cards determined by the club.
18. If you've gave up from purchasing the combined tickets, you can return to the home page by clicking on the “PASSO” logo for a new search.
19. Check your total payment amount. If you’re sure of the accuracy of information, mark the boxes of “I read and accept the Combined Ticket Sales Commitment Letter of the Contract” and “I read and accept the Pre-Briefing and Ticket Sales Contract”. Complete your operation by clicking on the “Continue” button. After providing these approvals, a separate page will pop-up on the page*. Close the page by clicking on the OK button.
*By marking this check box, I accept, state and commit in written form that I had reviewed in advance and I’m aware of
a) the basic qualifications of the ticket that is the subject of the contract and that I want to purchase,
b) the total ticket price / service fee including all taxes, and all additional expenses –if exist-,
c) that I don’t have right of withdrawal based on article 15/g. of Distance Contracts Regulation,

20. Your combined ticket purchase operation is completed after you completely enter the name –on the card that you will make the payment with-, number of the card, security code (3 digit number on the back side of your card) and expiry date information.
21. As combine tickets holder, you can ensure full support of your team during the season by transferring the ticket rights of matches –that you’re unable to attend- to another Passolig Card holder akin or friend of yours over the passo.com.tr web site.

Steps of Combined Tickets’ Transfer
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. After Logging In, click on the “My Combined Tickets” link under the “Name-Surname” tab on the top right corner.
5. On the opened page, you can display your combined tickets defined on your Passolig Card under the heading of “My Current Combined Tickets”, and you can realize the transfer for a single match by clicking on the “Combined Ticket Transfer” heading.
6. Click on the “Combined Ticket Transfer” tab under the “My Combined Tickets” tab.
7. Select a team in order to display the combined tickets defined to your Passolig Card.
8. The weekly events of your team are listed.
9. Select the match whose combined ticket is the one that you want to transfer.
10. Enter the personal ID number of the Passolig Card holder to the transfer will be realized in the “Personal ID No” box, and click on the “Identify” button.
11. Under the heading of “Ticket Transfer”, if you are seeing the personal ID number of the individual to whom the transfer is made, then the operation of transfer –of your right for the relevant match- to that individual is completed.
** The combined ticket’s holder who realizes the transfer of combined ticket will not be able to attend to that match as he transfers his rights. But the combined ticket’s holder may purchase a new ticket after the transfer.

Steps of Extending E-Ticket Usage Period
1. Enter the address of www.passo.com.tr, and click on the link "Log In" on right top corner.
2. On the opened page, enter the e-mail address –that you’ve used while registering- and the password –that you’ve determined-.
3. Press the “Log In” button.
4. After Logging In, click on the “Extend My E-Ticket Period” link under the “Name-Surname” tab on the top right corner.
5. On the opened page, information on your Passolig Card(s), Annual E-Ticket Usage Fee, E-Ticket Validity Date are being displayed.
6. Click on the “Extend E-Ticket Usage Period” button on the right hand side of your Passolig Card that is subject to extension of E-Ticket Usage Period.
7. On the opened page, click on the “Pay with Another Bank Credit Card” or “Pay with My Passolig Card” button in order to extend the E-Ticket Usage Period.

Payment with Another Bank Credit Card
a. In order to perform your payment operation through the “Pay with Another Bank Credit Card” button, enter the name –on the card-, card number, security code (3 digit number on the back side of your card) and expiry date information, and click on the “Pay Now” button.
b. The E-Ticket Usage Period extension operation is now completed.

Payment with my Passolig Card
a. Through the “Pay with My Passolig Card” button, you can make payment by the card of another Passolig Card holder.
b. In order to perform payment through the “Pay with My Passolig Card” button, complete the information on your personal ID no and cellular phone number –which are recorded on the Passolig system-, and click on the “Continue” button.
c. If you aren‘t a citizen of Republic of Turkey, click on the button of “not a citizen of Republic of Turkey” on the right hand side. Complete the information on country and passport number, and click on the “Continue” button.
d. For approval of payment, enter the verification code sent to your cellular phone by SMS.
e. On the opened page, the Passolig Cards, their card limits / balances, and annual E-Ticket Usage Fee information are available. Clink on the “Pay Now” button under the payment heading.
f. The E-Ticket Usage Period extension operation is now completed.

1. You can access the ticket sales contract and Confidentiality and Security Rules either during operation or from here.
2. You can access the hard-copy of the ticket sales contract by taking its print out from the Home Page Sales Policies Section. Thus, we would like you to know that the opportunity for you to easily meet and maintain the provisions of the contract and general operation terms is provided. Your access to the contract will continue as directly proportional with access to our web site.
3. In case of any conflict, it is our basic objective to first try to remove the dispute amicably. On the other hand, in cases that can not be resolved amicably, you can refer the possible arising problems to the Consumer Arbitration Boards and/or to Consumer Courts within the frame of monetary limits issued in the relevant legislation. In all disputes arising from the contract, Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul Center (located at Caglayan) are competent. We specify that this provision is intended as “contract of mandate”.
