Moreover, before purchasing the ticket by approving your order; you’re accepting, stating and committing in written form that you are aware of a) the basic characteristics of the ticket that you want to purchase which is the subject of the contract, b) the total ticket/service price including all taxes and all additional expenses –if exists-, c) that you don’t have right of withdrawal based on article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, and eventually all the provisions regulated in the contract. Sales Policy of Passo
Our objective as passo.com.tr is to organize your ticket purchase operations by a simple and easy procedure, and to enable you to access the tickets you want as soon possible. Our following Sales Policy had been designed as to satisfy you and as to inform you regarding the purchase process. Terms and Conditions Regarding the Ticket
1. Passo.com.tr is not the owner (briefly “Club”) or operator of the sports club, stadium or playfield.
Passo is selling tickets in the name of the club, and it doesn’t have any rights and authorities regarding the determination of ticket prices and seats.
2. The purchased tickets can not be used for commercial purposes.
The individual purchasing the ticket accepts and commits that he had purchased the ticket for his exclusive personal use without the intention of any commercial purpose, and that he will not use the ticket for any commercial works or commercial activities..The ticket that is purchased within this scope can not be sold to third parties in any manner, its sales by additional fee or in any other manner can not be offered, it can not be used for promotional or other commercial purposes including advertising, contests and sweepstakes. Selling or attempting to sell the ticket with a price over the one written on it constitutes a rightful reason for the confiscation and/or cancellation of the ticket by the authorities without making any refund or without entitling for other requests.
3. You have one ticket purchase right.
While purchasing ticket from passo.com.tr, you have one ticket purchase right for one PASSOLIG CARD in each football event. By this implementation, it is being intended to prevent unjust ticket purchases.
4. Tickets are being sold through internet, N Kolay, call center, box-office of stadium and mobile applications.
5. The tickets may run out, may be closed for sales, or additional tickets may again be submitted for sales.
As all the sales channels reach to the same ticketing pool, the tickets are able to run out rapidly in popular football events. Passo.com.tr doesn’t have any controlling power regarding the capacity of the stadium or availability of tickets, and/or it doesn’t give any guarantee within this scope.
6. The dates of the football events may be changed, cancelled.
The dates of football events are able to be changed or cancelled from time to time by Turkish Football Federation (TFF) and/or by the Club for various reasons. The procedure to be applied in this case is determined and announced by TFF or the Club. In such a case, passo.com.tr has no responsibility. In case of cancellation or amendment of date of an event, the reasonable effort will shown in order to inform the ticket holders of the cancellation or change in subject -depending on the condition of receiving the required authority from TFF or the Club-, and Passo can not be held responsible.
7. Ticket sales are final.
As a rule, all ticket sales are final. Based on article 15-g. of Distance Contracts Regulation, you don’t have right of withdrawal for the tickets you purchase.
Except the cancellation of the event, the tickets that are sold can not be cancelled, changed and refunded in any manner after the sales operation.
8.1. In cases when it is not possible for the ticket holder to attend the event whose date has been changed, refund is made to the ticket holders. Amount of refund is limited with the price of the purchased ticket, and the request of service fee or any other fee is not possible. In addition, in case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the Club has the right to impose some restrictions regarding the terms of refund, and it also has the right to make changes in the program without the obligation for any refund or changing the tickets. Conforming to the final refund request dates and other instructions determined by the Club regarding the refunds is under the responsibility of the fans.
8.2. In case the Club –which is the owner of the season ticket that your purchased- pays the e-ticket annual usage fee of your Passolig Card and in case you cancel your ticket purchase afterwards, your e-ticket annual usage fee will be set off from the refund to be made to you within frame of the authority that you had gave to the Club.
9. The purchased tickets will be defined on the PASSOLIG CARD of the individual after completion of purchase operation. The liability of controlling and keeping the tickets –that are sold and defined on PASSOLIG CARD- belongs to you.
In case of loss, stealing, damage or destruction of PASSOLIG CARD in any manner, refund is not being made. You can give lost/stolen card notice to the call center or box-office of the stadium in order to be able to use your ticket. This rule will be deemed to have been accepted during the purchase of ticket.
10. The clubs may determine the rules of the event.
10.1. Entries to and exits from the stadium are being performed as per the rules and regulations determined by the clubs. It is the general basis not to exit and re-enter the stadium after ticket control.
10.2. The ticket holder is only a right holder on the seat being specified in the SMS or e-mail sent to him, and the Club reserves the right to provide a different seat than the one being specified in the SMS and e-mail.
10.3. TheClubs may change the date of the event.
11. Other Provisions
11.1. Passo.com.tr isn’t under any liability, commitment and responsibility regarding the tickets / sales of tickets and/or events except the ticket price and service fee being specified on the web site.
11.2. As it will be required for you to provide the reference number given to you during the completion of your purchase operation in case you want to obtain any information from purchase regarding the purchase operations of the tickets, please don’t forget that it is required for you to keep the reference numbers.
11.3. The rules of confidentiality regarding the use of our web site and this contract are specified in detail in the “Confidentiality and Safety” section. Within this scope, we request you to carefully read and review the provisions of Confidentiality and Safety. Confidentiality and Safety is the annex and integral part of this contract, and it will be applied and enure along with the Contract. Thus, we accentuate that you will be deemed to have accepted the provisions of Confidentiality and Safety by approving this Contract and/or order.
11.4. In the phase of approval of the order and before entering the payment information, all terms of the contract are clearly being seen by you including the total price you will pay. Thus we repeat that you will be deemed to have accepted the provisions of this contract by purchasing the ticket and approving the order, and we remind you that it is required for you to carefully review all the provisions of the contract before approving the order.

If you want you can also easily access to the hard-copy of the contract by taking a print out. Thus, we would like you to know that the opportunity for you to easily meet and maintain the provisions of the contract and general operation terms is provided. Your access to the contract will continue as directly proportional with access to our web site.
In case of any dispute during the implementation of the aforementioned terms and conditions, the resolution of disputes is subject to Turkish Law. All consumers are informed by passo.com.tr regarding the provisions and content of the contract before purchasing ticket, and we would like you to know that you will be deemed to have accepted the performance of pre-briefing regarding the regulations of the contract within the frame of Distance Contracts Regulation. This article is a means of proof having the quality of written evidence. In case of arise of any conflict due to this Contract and/or due to the service or ticket purchase operations, it is our basic objective to first try to remove the conflict amicably. On the other hand, in cases that can not be resolved amicably, you can refer the possible arising problems to the Consumer Arbitration Boards and/or to Consumer Courts within the frame of monetary limits issued in the relevant legislation. In all disputes arising from the contract, Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul Center (located at Caglayan) are competent. We specify that this provision is intended as “contract of mandate”.
